Selleys Acryseal is an acrylic fire and acoustic rated sealant for perimeter and penetration seals in fire rated construction.

Selleys Fireblock is a low modulus, non-slumping, PSA composite sealant suitable for fire and acoustic rated construction.

• Up to 4 hours fire rating in accordance with AS1530.4-2005 and ASTM E1966-07*
• Tested to ASTM E814-09 for penetrations in plasterboard lined walls
• Acoustic rated in 67Rw walls AS/NZIS0717-1
• UV indicator to confirm Fireblock usage
• Excellent adhesion to joint movement capabilities
• Paintable

*For fire rating, minimum joint width 40mm. Install backing rod in joint to control sealant depth

Selleys Flexiseal is a non slumping polyurethane construction sealant with high movement capability, low modulus and excellent adhesive properties.

Weatherproof, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, paintable after it has cured.*

*Suitable for most water-based paints. For oil-based paints undercoat with water-based primer. Testing recommended if paint is applied more than 5 days after the sealant application.

Selleys 401 Silicone is a one component, ready to use, acid cure silicone adhesive sealant developed for form-in-place gaskets and adhesive sealing, electrical insulating applications in manufacturing and plant maintenance.

• Remains permanently flexible under operating temperatures from - 60°C to 205°C, and will tolerate short periods of 260°C

Selleys D-Mastic is an alkyl resin modified, oil based caulking compound. It forms a tack-free skin on the surface when exposed to air but remains soft underneath.

• Adheres well to most substrates including metal, glass, concrete, masonry and timber
• Forms a surface skin, preventing transfer by touch and dirt pick-up on exposed surfaces
• Paintable (after skin has formed)
• Easy clean up off non-porous surfaces with mineral turpentine
• Non-slumping
• Long "open" time assists in the assembly of lap joints

Selleys N-Mastic is a non-skinning polybutene-based compound. It will remain permanently soft and paste-like.

• Non-hardening - remains permanently flexible to provide a lasting seal
• Good adhesion - adheres well to most substrates
• Moisture resistant - provides an excellent barrier to water vapour transmission
• Resists microbial attack
• Low shrinkage - avoids the risk of sealant pulling away from joint surfaces
• Wide service temperature range - withstands –40°C to +80°C service conditions
